Site Committee Coordinator

Contributes to planning the layout of the Pride Week festival, helps secure government permits and approvals by providing information to the Site Logistics Program Manger, and liaises with suppliers to secure equipment, supplies and services as required to manage the logistics of the festival site and infrastructure.

The Site Committee liaises directly with other Committees such as Food & Beverage, Programming, Alternative Arts, Dis/Ability Resources, Weekend Volunteer, Safety & Security, Parade, Dyke March, Family Pride, Street Fair, Youth, and Media to ensure their on-site logistical needs are met. To this end, the Site Committee oversees locations for first aid stations, security headquarters, information booths, media towers, equipment, volunteer headquarters, registration headquarters, garbage collection and recycling.
